  Kaizen is continuous improvement that is based on certain guiding principles. It is not merely doing some numbers per month or giving some  suggestions . It should not be mixed or confused with  Kaizen . ...  Suggestion  Scheme is the word or tool used by western world while  Kaizen is used by Japanese. Suggestion systems  are a form of employee-to-management communication that benefit employees as well as employers. They provide a two-way channel of communication between employees and management, with management accepting or rejecting employee  suggestions  and in some cases commenting on them.
